Big Band II
Jazz Night School's second ongoing large ensemble study experience:
- Develop jazz big band ensemble playing skills
- Work up repertoire (some model recordings are available)
- Get performance experiences and improv coaching
- Focus on stylistic phrasing, intonation, balance, musicality, dynamics, and fun
Schedule
Rehearsal times are Sundays, 4:30—6:00pm 1.5 hours per week.
Seats are limited and filled by audition.

Student Requirements
Intention to enroll in consecutive multiple sessions (unless other arrangements are discussed). Punctual attendance and preparation are required. Attendance to all scheduled performances is required.
Members supply their instrument and possibly music stand.
Tuition is $150 per session (a session is ten rehearsals). |
